Love is not enough

Having a relationship is not easy. Sometimes people think that the most difficult part in making a relationship is finding the right person. However, maintaining a relationship is even more difficult.

Time heals the wound, but apparently, it leaves the scar. Experienced many failed relationships made people tough, mature (should be) and independent, but at the same time, it is difficult to take one step forward. Fear. It is hard to think about US instead of I and ME.

One day you think you found the right person. Smart, gorgeous, talented. Good sense of humor. Nice. You can talk about everything for hours. You can walk together for miles. Then you realised that happily ever after only happens to Disney stories.

How do you communicate? How do you show your love and affection? Will you compromise, will you change?

Love is the essential part of a relationship, but certainly love alone is not enough.
